Farming in flight form was removed near the end of TBC. Its not bugged, its working as intended. The pro of farming as a druid is instant cast flight form
There are mixed comments everywhere, and few people i talked to said they remember herbing in flight form. Even if you have to land before herbing, it's still gonna be very op.
@@kev1734 Slow, 60% is free of charge at lvl 68, at your trainer. Fast fly however, 280% is 5k to learn skill and then you start hefty chain quest from zangarmarsh iirc.
If you plan on farming gems and metals for JC to sell or to level your own skill, keep some ore instead of smelting it into bar. Specifically, keep thorium and mithril because azerothian diamonds and huge emeralds will be very hard and expensive to get. This way, you can prospect the ore it into gems to that will be much more valuable.
1:40 this is not a bug, the herbing while in FF was removed mid TBC and we are starting on the final patch so it has already been removed from the game.
I recall reading something about it on forums from 2007. It's Blizard's move now. I dont want to sound negative or like hater but blizzard is making ton of money on botters subs. So, we'll see :D
Here's a question I've not seen addressed- what do we stock up on if we're NOT going TBC but remaining in Classic? I expect a sudden increase in prices in Classic then the bottom falls out after a week, hustlers will find few suckers and have to eat their stock. Following that pots will go way up and their ingredients since the supply of world buffs will also dry up.
Slightly disagree about selling vanilla elixiers: TBC alchemy will cost a fortune in the beginning due to crazy lack of grass. So elixiers of giants, for example, still will find their customers. Im making gold with alchemy and im intrigued if classic and tbc stuff will be a thing together
It was all worthless once TBC hit back in the day and very obsolete. I literally sold everything including rare herbs that took hours to farm.... market was flooded with that crap for dirt cheap same as all other mats
Yeah same, even at low level right now I'm making 6-8g a stack for swim speed pots and stocking up on FAP's to sell closer to the portal opening. If I'm not working when it opens I might travel there on foot and sell some stack at a mark-up
Yeah i also see the big uptake in player base during pre-patch. I have to work though and it's been so slow training my druid on a new/fresh server. he's level 26 now with 155 alchy and 190 herb so not too bad. Actually; this means that stocking up on excess herbs or mat's and selling them during pre-patch would be great way to make $$ as people will be lazy and want to level profs fast. Might be time to buy up some cheap stuff on AH and stash it away ;D
Another solid video. However, I would encourage players to spam consumables like the greater agility pots and for tanks Gift Of Arthas if you’re in a melee cleave group since they are so cheap now and you won’t be leveling alchemy on your grind to 70, not if you’re doing quick dungeons anyways. I’ve allotted (hopefully) enough Mongoose to get me through my Naxx GDKPs and sold the rest, same for flasks. You won’t need the upgraded TBC consumables for regular dungeons anyways. Use major mana pots and cheap classic consumables for an easy advantage through the grind. Especially for my feral the elixirs of greater agility will never not be handy in dungeons. They’re just so cheap and convenient
I've been looking for this info but I'm getting inconsistent results. I am exalted with in AV on one of my alts but have not purchased the Frostwolf howler mount yet because I am saving gold. Will I require epic riding skill to use the Frostwolf howler horn if I purchase it after TBC pre-patch release? how will it work in this situation?
Hey, only information for that has been given back in february iirc. Basically, the way i understood, current servers will progress into tbc with pre-patch, and on that day players will be able to choose wether they want to progress with them or stay in vanilla. If you choose to stay, your account will be "copied" or "transfered" onto vanilla classic server. But if your question is, if you can advance some characters to tbc and leave some in vanilla, on the same account. I dont think that will be possible. Since expansion flag is account wide. Thats my view and prediction, blizzard will give more info soon. Post from february is this: worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/news/23625673/world-of-warcraft-burning-crusade-classic-deep-dive

I think it is because Blizzard already said that the 2.4.3 talents and spells will be available from the start, so that should mean that the swift fly form should as well be available - after paying 5k for epic fly riding and completing the quest ofc. So only obstacle should be HC Sethekk Halls and Anzu.
