man i’ve had my 94 m edition for like 6 months now and i’m just finding this vid i had no idea what the cruise control thing was or the abs and a lot this is cool thanks bud🫡
Hi great video. I'm just after purchasing a 1994 1.8 mk1 and I'm having an issue I wonder hane you ever heard of or experience similar. My turn signals have stopped working. All of them and I don't have the green arrows for them on the dash either. When turning them on with the stalk I can hear the ticking noise as normal. When I press the hazards switch there is no sound or lights. I have replaced the flasher relay and till have the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
the cap on both sides of the engine bay that says turn right only, notably the one on the right is next to the power steering. I haven't been able to figure out what that is, is that apart of the headlights?
That’s how you manually raise and lower the headlights, very rarely useful when servicing the motors or wiring under the head lights with battery disconnected
There is a hole maybe 10 inches before the cat, and i wonder if that messes with the pressure in any way bcs when i try to change the idle on my miata, it will not sit at the 10 mark, only between 6-8 or 13-15
I guess all the special editions are more an american matter. In Europe we have a few special colors (BRG and montego blue). Most European cars are straight forward red, mariner blue or grey. I own a montego blue 90hp from '96. Nice exeption. Drives fantastic and i am very proud of it! And thanks to these youtu.be films i am able to maintain the car myself! 💪
Just acquired the '94 M Edition as my first project car and this tour is INVALUABLE. Thank you!
Thank you! Enjoy your Miata adventure!
It's here!!! Awesome video once again :) you're the best
Thank you 🙏🙏
Thanks for posting!

That’s a new one for me, I would double check the fuses but it could be the hazard switch itself
19:55 If you swap in a sixgear, you'll need a different cog for the speedometercable, else it misreads.

Thank you so much. I just got a 94 that needs a lotta work so this video is gonna come in handy a lot.

Im new to fixing cars and am learning everything through this 94 na i got
A hole in that spot shouldn’t have any effect on timing
Does the ecu control the transmission?
Automatic transmissions have their own separate electronic control module, I believe it’s mounted near where the brake pedal
Can the 94 be made to be a stand alone to swap into a different car
And run factory ecu
Yes it can, I’ve built kit cars with it, just transfer the whole wire harness and all sensors
I love you
