I met my husband April of 2016, almost 3 years after I was diagnosed HIV positive in 2013.
I told him I was HIV positive a month after we met. My disclosure to him was meant for him to back off and leave me alone. I never imagined that 4 years later we would still be together and married.

I got married in 2010, when we were about to get married with my spouse we went for HIV testing as church principle, we were both on church. I find I was positive, I regretted got stressed, my wife didn't reject me instead she said let's put all to God and carry on with wedding, she supported me, and we now 9 years in marriage, we have 2 children 6 and 4 aged, My wife, both kids healthy. God did miracle to heal me of hiv last year 2019, after a long fasting dedication prayer we had with my Wife. I'm now free, I was on arv for 8years. God is real. Thanks Sister Nozi and my brother your guys are an inspiration.

I don't know why i watch HIV stories.I always cry and think of my brother that passed on cos of HIV.I also believe just because am negative doesn't make me different from people that are positive.I also believe God have done me huge favors.I got raped by a guy that i didn't know his status but I am grateful God saved me.I am also pregnant with ma first child at the age of 21 but i was found Negative.I am happy u found love.You have someone that accepted u the way u are and that's something to be proud of.The world is messed up and God people are hard to find like u.God will bless your home sista.I am really happy u came out.I wished ma brother also spoke to someone.He would have been alive today.I will pray for u and yr husband.

It takes a great man to stick around knowing very well that his partner is HIV positive, continue to marry her and support her decision to go public about her status. Disclosing your status as Nozi wasn't just going to be about uNozi but also about the people in your surroundings especially your husband. You wouldn't have been this comfortable about talking about this openly had it not been for the support of the people in your surroundings. Now you get to procure the support of hundreds of people whom you have never even met and those that knew you but didn't know about this. Thank you for giving us hope, hope that there still are greet men on earth.

I told my man on our very first meeting am HIV positive...I had told him there is something I d like to tell him and went to his place I was a bit reluctant scared a bit suddenly that insurance advert that talks about covers for people leaving with HIV came on tv and at that moment I told him am leaving with HIV..he literally said so what, doeznt change how I feel about you and what I want with you ....we ve never separated and I can confidently say am loved right...haven't told anyone my status but him...
