Take some spray adhesive and Black felt and cover the rear window insulation covers to black them out. Makes it more stealth when they are in the windows.

you should build a 2nd floor for the shop thats freestanding and a slim staircase along the wall right when you walk in. Then you could double to space and still have plenty of headroom as long as its like 15+ foot tall
