    INGREDIENTS
    1 large onion
    1 cup spring onions
    3 large carrots
    1/2 cup green peas
    2 clove garlic
    1 finger ginger
    1 cup sweet corn
    1 cup runner beans
    2 TBS dark soy sauce
    1 TBS light soy sauce
    1 TBS chili sauce
    3 TBS Vegetable oil
    70g butter
    1/2 cup fried shrimp ( you can use more)
    3 large bell peppers ( 1 of each color)
    1 Tsp smoked paprika
    1 tsp oregano
    1 Tbs thyme
    1 Tbs chili pepper
    1 cube chicken seasoning
    1 tbs salt ( you can always adjust this )
    4 cups basmati rice ( already cooked)
