😊 theres a few other channels that are doing it too but surprisingly not too many, i think some of the content creators are afraid to put up the videos because some of these carriers are threatening frivilous lawsuits

Every time I’m at a receiver that gives clear instructions on the procedure (a lot of times WRITTEN instructions), 9 times out of 10 I get a durka durka asking me what hes supposed to do
I kinda feel bad for driver number 9, he seemed like a chill guy who just made a simple, yet expensive mistake 😬! The other day, I had to slide my tandems at a Loves Truck stop to get back on the CAT Scale. But the Loves was so small, that it was impossible to get back on the scale. So instead of being on Bonehead Truckers, I had no choice but to drive 16 miles total on the interstate to legally get back on that same scale🙄!

Exactly. I dread refueling at truck stops. It's a disaster waiting to happen. In my 30+ years of driving, I can count the truck drivers I'd be willing to run with on one hand...and NONE of them drive anymore because it sucks so bad out here. There ain't a driver out here I want to run with. They're all peasants with shitty 3rd-world attitudes. Most can't even drive a nail, let alone a rig. Stay away from me, and I'll stay away from y'all. I don't know you, I don't trust you, and I don't wanna be friends. Three more years, and I'm hanging it up and retiring. You know, this used to be kinda fun. Not so much now...
What’s up with the current drivers is they think they can drive a truck like they are in their home country. This isn’t india, Russia, Somalia, or Mexico.
🙂 its strange cause most other countries outside the west the roads are really bad and not meant for trucks, you can get in a bad situation alot easier, if they trucked in other countries they would see that getting around the USA is gravy in comparison
@ it’s because most don’t understand English and can’t comprehend training given in cdl school. I don’t know how they even get their license. They are given the answers to questions but don’t understand the meaning of the words or something. Combine that with the mentality of 3rd world driving and it’s not a good mix here

Trucks getting stuck...well, I started in 2005, and I was shocked at how stuckable a truck was. I got 8 wheels back there and they don't do shit. I once almost got stuck in a decommissioned gas station where the parking lot was gravel. I almost got stuck in dry gravel. You think you have 8 wheels as a type of 4 Wheel Drive but better...but you don't. All them wheels, but trucks can't do shit.
Now, I've driven dump-trucks in New Zealand for a few years and with fancy traction control stuff you can do some things--but not with a trailer. Mud is mud and physics is physics and I don't care if you have 8-wheel drive, mud is mud.
🙂 unfortunately most Trucks that are built at the factory almost nobody wants to spend the money and add the option of a locking differential to all the differentials, its kinda like how you would spec a Mud Runner Truck in the video game MudRunner, with all the diffs locked now you can plow thru anything, it makes a big difference, but instead most American Road Trucks are crippled which is BS, also most truckers are not carrying Heavy Trucker Tow Chains, cause another truck could help pull you out of a little problem, we are bothering the Heavy Wreckers unecessarily

@MrSamadolfo yes they do. The USA is one of a small number of countries that only has a small number of cabovers left. What made most of the cabovers in North America disappear was because the length law changed. In other words, the overall length limit increased which eliminated the need for cabovers. Later, many people stopped buying them & that's what made auto makes stop selling them in the USA.

The misconception unfortunately for these Newbie drivers (some... not all) is if the truck will fit around a corner then the trailer will naturally follow the truck’s path.
There’s also a misconception that these road trucks will go through any terrain.

OTR trucks require solid preferably flat surfaces. Stay on the pavement guys. Life will be much easier as a trucker
😸 they dont understand that most American Road Trucks are crippled, almost nobody wants to fork over the extra money to install Locking Differentials on all the Differentials, thats why we are getting stuck, 600 Horsepower, 18 speeds and it doesnt mean a dam thing without Locking Differentials
They need to come up with tillerman trailers like the fire dept.
