Can you show me in the video where is the part where the driver damaged the parcel? By the way customer can refuse the parcel in any occasion..
If I would in your place would remove this video because its prove nothing againts him but violates his personal rights..

@@gabriel-mariuscarabelea4665 That's entirely up to the store whether they believe it was damaged in the transport or not. That's why the damage report needs to be signed by the delivery person. @@TontosVotanPaSocialistas I've worked for a large delivery company before as a driver and the idea that the driver has to accept it in good condition is absurd. The management staff almost "force us" to take the goods in whatever condition it may be. They have subtle ways to do it. And regarding the night loaders, it is true, they're way worse than the drivers. I've seen the night loaders literally throwing all sorts of packages into the cages for the drivers to sort out, regardless of what might happen to the same.

As you, Mr Max, were expecting that package, exactly in the 1hr time window, that dpd provided you in the morning, there might be another 190 people waiting theirs packages aswell, in that unique 1hr time window for each and every one of them
That driver won't have time to stay and talk to you wasting precious time.
PLUS - Every delivery is being signed as 'Contents Unchecked', because you wouldn't be able to open the package unless it was accepted/signed for it.
Anyway, you would've already received your refund so I don't understand the point of this video, blaming the driver (to be honest, I can't even think of an item that is in the drivers van, to make a damage like that)
I hope, in the future, you will only get your valuable and fragile deliveries just with Amazon / Hermes / Yodel; companies that are well known for their delivery professionalism!

You do realise they only deliver it, the parcel goes through so many check points and depots before it gets to you so it could have been damaged at any point so again show us where on your video does it show the driver damaging it? And also when you said “he just pushed the parcel in the house” what do you want him to do? Go inside plug it in and watch coronation street with you? There’s no proof that the driver did this what so ever. He delivered it probably these parcels go through several depots before it reaches its destination. And for him running back to his van he’s on a time scale which he only has a certain amount of time to deliver parcels that’s why customers get a 1 hour time slot. Also: We have well over 200 packages a day to deliver and it's simply impossible to make sure, everything is in perfect shape when we struggle to get our work in 8 hours done. Most drivers are doing their best to make everyone happy, but if you simply dont know anymore, how you are going to finish in time, day in day out for months, you get tired. You order a TV
That TV is already pre packaged possibly for months before you ordered it in that time it would have been. Moved a lot of times then comes your order it is shipped to the nearest dpd depot to the distributor
It's then. Loaded onto a truck and moved to the nearest dpd depot to you where it goes along a conveyor belt with around 17000 other parcels for that day it comes down the shoot for your post code and again is handled a few times.
The driver then starts their shift loads their van and delivers your parcel
And yet you automatically assume and blame the driver for it being damaged you are a tit
