It's sad what ended up having to happen with this RIGHT after it got a reveal trailer in F3, but that's just life, and at least you got to release something that could be considered "finished." I'll definitely be playing this at some point.
I just finished the mod. Floaty Heights Galaxy is the first time I experienced getting lost in a network of Launch Star paths, especially the purple coin comet. That gave me an idea, a level full of tiny planets that is all about navigating a network of Launch Stars to find keys and solve a mystery.
Thank you so much for the release! I am going to play this mod and provide some feedback. I am also going add some polish to the levels myself and maybe finish some of the unfinished levels.
Wow you actually finished it (kinda) Definitely gonna try and upload a vid on this tomorrow. Excited to play Floaty Heights especially as I'm a sucker for Good Egg-inspired levels. Also do you know what galaxies are the shortest in length and which ones are the longest/most complete? Just so I can start off with the short stuff and finish with the finished stuff. And is there any kind of transparent version of the Orbit logo? (Just for thumbnail purposes and all that)
Ooo fun! I'd say if you want to start with shortest go for Swap Space, Magma Falls and Yoshi Hills. Bowser's Dreadnought is short but I'd recommend playing it last
