Not an easy task as every gram of carbohydrate requires 3-4 grams of water to process and store it. Bread swells quickly in the stomach and when you have a solid core from heavy weight lifting it doesn't stretch as much. I could eat much more as a bodybuilder on a cheat day then when I was power lifting. Try taking papaya or digestive enzymes to cut out the bloat and give you a little more room.
That's not a real hot dog challenge. He needs to go do the Sabretti's hot dog challenge!!
