guys we have to support Blitz-War and the last bastion of resistance of funny and unfiltered hardcore wargaming content thanks for keeping the game alive
I have a question blitz, I own wargame but didn't played a lot of it, I was considering getting warno since it's supposed to be the successor however a lot of the wargame youtubers like Razzmann or Rangroo seem to consider it to be an inferior game compared to WG:RD, do you think it's worth the 40 euros or I should stay on red dragon for the time being ?
I may not be Blitz but my opinion after coming from playing WG:RD a lot is that Warno is subtly different enough to make it very different but also familiar. It's annoying at first because it plays so differently from WG due to balance choices and things like towed AA, Arty (which in my opinion in multiplayer are useless) so i prefer WG for playing multiplayer since it feels more balanced and smoother plus i'm already familiar with the units, maps and mechanics of WG. But Warno's army general campaigns are actually pretty fun and unique, if you primarily play solo then i think that Warno is better especially since they released more campaigns. I regretted buying Warno in early access and was very disappointed for a long time but recently i've being really enjoying the general campaigns and look forward to new ones. Plus it has a lot of nice quality of life features like issuing orders in deployment phase and the line of sight indicator which WG sorely lacks. In conclusion i think they are different enough that you can still play both of them and not get bored.
Hi I think the 2 games are a little different but in the same spirit,Wargame is already 10 years old there will be no future support I think, If you are someone who likes campaign content go for it muktiplayer not bad So I think the game is worth it!
