I agree, very underrated. As much as I like the T-Rex (Who doesn't?) The Allosaurus is slimmer, more agile and just a lot more efficient overall. Ian Malcolm even says it during the game at one point, he basically admits that he's more afraid of the Allosuarus than the T-Rex. That's high praise!
Honestly, in my opinion, Allosaurus's roar (in this game, at least) isn't distinctive enough and sounds rather generic. Tyrannosaurus's roar is more iconic and (arguably) the most recognizable in the franchise. I know if Allosaurus wanted a fight it could probably out maneuver T-Rex any day. I will say, in their own times, each of them were the top predator. Those butthurt the Rex lost, you have to remember the teeth on both of these animals and what they coexisted with. T Rex was the Apex of it's time while the allow fit a niche in it's food chain. T Rex was only good at fighting other rexes realistically,but allow had to deal with larger carnivores by a fair margin. Plus allos can open their mouths wider for biting and slashing with their teeth and claws. So yeah the indos and spino should be realistically able to kill an allowance. And I feel that's why you can't have pairs of them like some of the other carnos

It’s absolutely ridiculous. Whether you love him or hate him, no one can deny the T-Rex was the greatest predator to ever roam the earth. More evolved than any previous large theropod. It’s an insult to have it lose to a less evolved and much smaller creature in the Allosaurus.

Estimated to be about 6-7 tons, which is 12-14,000 pounds. There was a huge difference. Allosaurus’s were pack hunters and rarely hunted alone. Most often they were with at least 2 other Allo’s. Plus the T. rex weighed almost three times as much as the Allosaurus. Basically, the Allosaurus was the most feared predator of its time, but was absolutely no match for a T-Rex unless it was with its pack, and even then there’s no guarantee with as dangerous a predator as Tyrannosaurus.
Its funny you mention this.First off I would like to correct you on Allosaurus having POSSIBLY one of the weakest bite forces of the large theropods we know of.Second JWE even mentions allosaurus has a very weak bite force and still has it larger and better than the giga, which is stupid not to mention it is somehow able of defeating a T.Rex in the video at base 100% stats(assuming anyway, the creatures could of easily been messed around with to have the T.Rex lose on purpose in this video). personally i think the t-rex takes the edge on this one in a real scenario because it was so much bigger and had a much bigger bite fore, more teeth and more dense bones it would have been so hard to kill but then the allosaurus would definitely do alot of damage due to having such strong neck muscles it would use its jaw as an axe on the upper part of the t-rex's neck, where as the trex would just look to rip the allosaurus's throat out

In real life an allosaurus was much just a little smaller then a t rex and about 39ft and weighed 3 tons and an allosaurus hunted prey 8-10 times it's size. It allosaurus fought other larger carnivores like Saurophgonax and Torvosaurus so allosaurus has more fighting experience

It will always kill (at base genome): T-Rex, who is much stronger, Spinosaurus, who is almost twice as big, Giganotosaurus, who is Allosaurus' bigger cousin, Carcharodontosaurus, who also is Allosaurus' biggger cousin (Cretaceous Dinosaur Pack), Acrocanthosaurus (Carnivore Dinosaur Pack), and everything else. It only loses to Indominus Rex and Indoraptor. Not only that, but in real life, Allosaurus' bite force is very weak for its size. Its bite is weaker than a lion's. Not more for either one as the time period doesn't match. Roughly 85 million years of evolution in the Tyrannosaurus brain between them. Significant size difference, crushing bite force with teeth for it as opposed to the Allosaurus serrated teeth for slicing, and better sense of smell and less birdlike movements, like Allo would have. Seriously, more time distance is between them than between us and the T-Rex! Crazy thought.
It has more modification slots than the T.Rex, which is bs.The allosaurus should have up to 6 in total like the other medium theropods with T.Rex getting buffed to having a total of 9 like the indominus and spinosaurus.
There is a reason that they lived in different time periods. They were such distracious creatures. Having them both living at the same time would wipe half the population of every other creature. Allosaurus is the one creature that is most underrated. It's considered a king but for someone to take a bigger creature, such as the T-Rex is doubtly, the smartest move. I'm an Allosaurus fan. It seems like a poor management decision to wall two big name predators into a small enclosure like that. I assume cloning dinosaurs is not cheap, so the zookeepers letting one of their animals kill another is a waste of money.

I know you guys love seeing allosaurus kill t-rex and hate when people are butthurt about it. I understand the feeling completely. But t-rex is the most popular dinosaur. It's name means tyrant lizard. And seeing it lose to a smaller theropod, I can see how that would grind people's gears. I know some of these guys are mean, but rex fans aren't nazis. How would you like it if your favorite dinosaur kept losing to smaller ones in YT videos? Just keep that in mind. Either way, this was alright. It's okay to give other dinosaurs a chance sometimes.

This is unbelievable. The T rex is larger but the Allosaurus takes it down, what kind of stupid stuff is this?

It’s absolutely ridiculous. Whether you love him or hate him, no one can deny the T-Rex was the greatest predator to ever roam the earth. More evolved than any previous large theropod. It’s an insult to have it lose to a less evolved and much smaller creature in the Allosaurus.
As far as I know, the Rex could cruch anything it could get it's mouth around.... And the Allo definitely falls into the category of things the Rex can get it's mouth around
Isaac Karjala the Allosaurus actually had the weakest bite of any of the large theropods. About 4-500 pounds. That’s less than a lion. The Tyrannosaurus Rex had the strongest bite force of any creature to ever walk the Earth, and the second strongest bite period. Second only to the Megalodon. Estimated to be about 6-7 tons, which is 12-14,000 pounds. There was a huge difference. Allosaurus’s were pack hunters and rarely hunted alone. Most often they were with at least 2 other Allo’s. Plus the T. rex weighed almost three times as much as the Allosaurus.
Basically, the Allosaurus was the most feared predator of its time, but was absolutely no match for a T-Rex unless it was with its pack, and even then there’s no guarantee with as dangerous a predator as Tyrannosaurus.
Its funny you mention this.First off I would like to correct you on Allosaurus having POSSIBLY one of the weakest bite forces of the large theropods we know of.Second JWE even mentions allosaurus has a very weak bite force and still has it larger and better than the giga, which is stupid not to mention it is somehow able of defeating a T.Rex in the video at base 100% stats(assuming anyway, the creatures could of easily been messed around with to have the T.Rex lose on purpose in this video).
JWE needs a better combat system and needs to even out the modifciation slots(allosaurus has more mod slots than the flippin T.Rex, mind you the T.Rex is literally the most popular dinosaur of all time and is the poster boy of the JP franchise AND this game.Frontier needs to show more respect for their star dinosaur).
I guess my expectation was too high, I thought this would be like the movies
I bet Allosaurus was far more athletic than T-rex. IDK if he would stand a chance in real life but I'm happy.

personally i think the t-rex takes the edge on this one in a real scenario because it was so much bigger and had a much bigger bite fore, more teeth and more dense bones it would have been so hard to kill but then the allosaurus would definitely do alot of damage due to having such strong neck muscles it would use its jaw as an axe on the upper part of the t-rex's neck, where as the trex would just look to rip the allosaurus's throat out

@@StaticDaSticc It was smart for its time, but compared to the T-Rex or Spino the Allo is very primordial. Also don't talk like T-Rex isn't agile, it fought armored dinos so it had to be very agile in order to dodge its pray's attacks and not end up dead.

In real life an allosaurus was much just a little smaller then a t rex and about 39ft and weighed 3 tons and an allosaurus hunted prey 8-10 times it's size. It allosaurus fought other larger carnivores like Saurophgonax and Torvosaurus so allosaurus has more fighting experience

Allosaurus needs a nerf. It will always kill (at base genome):
T-Rex, who is much stronger, Spinosaurus, who is almost twice as big, Giganotosaurus, who is Allosaurus' bigger cousin, Carcharodontosaurus, who also is Allosaurus' biggger cousin (Cretaceous Dinosaur Pack), Acrocanthosaurus (Carnivore Dinosaur Pack), and everything else. It only loses to Indominus Rex and Indoraptor. Not only that, but in real life, Allosaurus' bite force is very weak for its size. Its bite is weaker than a lion's. SO HOW CAN IT KILL EVERYTHING EXCEPT INDOMINUS REX OR INDORAPTOR? I know its only a game, but many people rely on the Jurassic Park/World franchise for dino knowledge. Even when both unmodified, Allo still beats Rex due to higher defense and resilience while pretty much having same attack
Not more for either one as the time period doesn't match. Roughly 85 million years of evolution in the Tyrannosaurus brain between them. Significant size difference, crushing bite force with teeth for it as opposed to the Allosaurus serrated teeth for slicing, and better sense of smell and less birdlike movements, like Allo would have. Seriously, more time distance is between them than between us and the T-Rex! Crazy thought.

It has more modification slots than the T.Rex, which is bs.The allosaurus should have up to 6 in total like the other medium theropods with T.Rex getting buffed to having a total of 9 like the indominus and spinosaurus.

There is a reason that they lived in different time periods. They were such distracious creatures. Having them both living at the same time would wipe half the population of every other creature. Allosaurus is the one creature that is most underrated. It's considered a king but for someone to take a bigger creature, such as the T-Rex is doubtly, the smartest move. I'm an Allosaurus fan. Always have, always will. Long live the original king!

It seems like a poor management decision to wall two big name predators into a small enclosure like that. I assume cloning dinosaurs is not cheap, so the zookeepers letting one of their animals kill another is a waste of money.

I know you guys love seeing allosaurus kill t-rex and hate when people are butthurt about it. I understand the feeling completely. But t-rex is the most popular dinosaur. It's name means tyrant lizard. And seeing it lose to a smaller theropod, I can see how that would grind people's gears. I know some of these guys are mean, but rex fans aren't nazis. How would you like it if your favorite dinosaur kept losing to smaller ones in YT videos? Just keep that in mind. Either way, this was alright. It's okay to give other dinosaurs a chance sometimes.

bite force was a *GREAT* feats. when it comes to Theropod carnivore dinosaur. a fight between large theropod. the fight always start at biting each other. so a Big advantage to T-rex.

This is a game guys, not reality. If you look for the right information you will see that even a Spino had no chance against a Rex. So comparing it to an Allosaurus is like comparing a Cheetah to a Lion... It's ridiculous. He may be faster, but that won't save him in a fight to the death against a real Rex. The deference of power and durability is too great.
