cucumber beetles are super sluggish in the early mornings and are much easer to catch and kill at that time. once they've fully woken up, they're very fast

I have been struggling with Cucumber beetles all my life. It has been drove me insane. Lately I am also dealing with some kind of brown beetles. I do not know how to get rid of these two organically. I am too tempted to use Sevin on them.

Neem Oil can work but it does need contact with the beetles. Don't forget to check the underside of the leaves as well!

I actually have thousands of the this year... My garden is 50 x 200 ft.. Please give me some info on pestcides.. Mostly the spotted beetle..So many they actually cover my clothing when i spray them..

Recommend using the Midwest Vegetable Production Guide for pesticide recommendations. mwveguide.org/ Once you have selected your pest (cucumber beetles) and your crop you can sort recommendations by reentry and preharvest intervals, non-restricted use (available to homeowners), or organic (OMRI-listed).

welp, i have more than one cucumber beetle per plant, by a lot. Ill try the sticky traps tomorrow but probably just going to have to suffer through even less cucumbers than last year (which was good up until mid-late july. This year they are munched on well before that! Is it likely that every beetle has wilt, so one bite = death to plant?

Not all cucumber beetles carry the bacteria so hopefully your plants will not be infected! ("So you're telling me there's a chance...")
