The Humber River wraps around the entire neighbourhood and Magwood Forest borders the North. Basically what I'm saying is that home invasions aren't very common in Baby Point, everyone knows everyone, it's not a very big community, just a few dozen homes. $6 million in Baby Point is a good deal even without a 2 car garage.
