Those look good. Falafel is kind of scarce commodity where I live but they should be excellent on a veggie tray. Have you made a guacamole video yet? I'm trying to figure out how spicy a party guacamole should be for other people.
Oh yes they would be great with a veggie tray. I haven't done a guacamole vid yet. I usually use 3 avocados. 1 to 2 minced clove of garlic and half to a full lemon juiced. Sometimes I add 1 diced tomatoe and a tiny dash of Cayenne and a bit chipotle Chile powder - so it has a touch of heat but not too much.
the ready tehini jars in super market doesn't taste like the tehini sauce of restaurants..think of the jared ones as the raw form that u start with and add some lemon and other ingredients to reach the taste of restaurant tehini sauce
