just keep practicing deathmatch and having consistent warmups, im asc 1 and what helped me rank up through gold and silver is just pure aim. once you get to plat you should start to watch videos on game sense n stuff like that.
I like this video you have potential I think this style of video suits you but I think you should do this with a skill where the improvement is more traceable like getting good at pop flashes or something less general than calm aim and also maybe explain the concept that you're trying to improve
