This message for Jorge masvidal : Don't allow this defeat to defeat you mentally in life and in the fight business its extremely tough to loose especially to someone that you dislike so much belive me I felt your frustration and pain after this loss BUT IN MY EYES you are a more likable person then Colby by a mile and belive me when I tell you Colby might be acting happy bit deep down as far I feel about him is that he is lost in himself he AINT HAPPY even after this win he knows he will never be the best and that will always bother him USMAN was his daddy twice and he hates it so he can talk all the crap he wants but deep down he knows he can never be Champion. And hense why he maybe should work on being more humble and less cocky then maybe people will start liking him more ! BESIDE ALL THAT HE ALSO HAVE HIS GAMBLING DEMONS 😈 TO DEAL WITH AFTER THIS FIGHT HE MIGHT NOT EVEN HAVE ANY $ LEFT OVER ! This is why I'm reminding you to stay happy and remain with GOD Jorge 🙏 God Bless 🙌 !

Colby looked extremely nervous before and during the first half of the fight. I think if he came in better mentally, I think Colby would have finished Jorge. I think this was an off night for Colby. And he still dominated Masvidal. Colby is one of the best fighters ever to compete at 170. Masvidal should retire 100%. For the first time his winning record has fell below 70%. And with the surging contenders it's going to be hard to come back from that. He looked slow and unathletic, especially compared to Colby. And Colby isn't even one of the super athletes of 170. The beef is 100% real, you could see how this loss broke Jorge. This is the thrill and Agony of the sport.

I like to think that the only time we see the real Colby on TV is when he's walking through the halls, the second the lights of the fighting arena are on him, he immediately switches to Chaos Covington.
Not a knock on him at all, but it just shows how despite all his talk, Colby takes the sport seriously and knows that each time he goes out to fight - he puts his heart into it.

Where does Masvidal go from here now? 3 consecutive losses, against Usman twice and Colby and they aren’t going anywhere for the time being. A potential rematch with Nate Diaz who is on a 2 fight losing streak could be one to make or a rematch with Wonderboy who is on a losing streak himself. Limited options at 170 now and at age 37 I don’t see him getting back to a title run anytime soon. All that being said, masvidal is a true original and he accomplished a lot from starting out as a street brawler to having fought for a belt in the UFC.
