I just looked it up:
Originally, “Love” was supposed to be a testament to God (God being love). However, the record label didn’t want to add a gospel song to the Aijuswanaseing album. So, instead of discarding it, Musiq Soulchild changed the words “God” to “Love” in this song.

Everytime it I hear this song it takes me right back to when I was 5 months pregnant and we lost his father and his best friend in a tragic car accident, that I was surprised to be in, but James said he didn't want to have to stop every 20 minutes so I could pee. He would only be gone for 2 days. He was repossessing a car he sold to a friend that wasn't making payments. 4 months later I had a healthy 10 lb boy I named James.

So upset that I didn't get notified of this it's been 11 hours already... This is one of my favorites! So often when you do reactions I'm a little bit let down because you don't seem to like the song as much as I do. But this time the reaction was right on. "Like soul food"...
