Not quite sure where to start but I live in the Waterbury CT area, so there's virtually no freight running through my State, however we have Metro-North owned by MTA, operating commuter trains between various Connecticut towns and cities, NY towns and cities and NYC (Grand Central Station). And of course, Amtrak with it's Northeast Corridor, and Acela.. as well as I think the Shoreline express I think it's called along the CT Shoreline.

Yeah, even without ADHD I can find myself losing concentration.
