Marko participated in this Finnish tv show called Vain elämää, where artists perform each others’ songs. Marko’s performances were really good! You should check them out! My favourite was a song called Mörkö mainio. It is actually a childrens’ song originally performed by Hanna Pakarinen. Marko said he chose the song because he felt the song was actually describing him. It tells a story about a sort of a bogeyman who actually isn’t terrifying at all and just wants to sing, see the world and hug trees. Other good songs performed by Marko were 1000 ways (Waldo’s song), Olet lehdetön puu (Hector’s song) and Anteeks (Ilta’s song).
I think I recognize the format. We have it in Sweden as well and I would guess this is the Finnish version. It is on TV and they invite a group of artists to live together for a week or so and they do covers of each other's songs. Each artist make their covers in their own style, so there are some interesting interpretations.

Yup, Beste Zangers in log cabin style 🙂 It could be that YT made the sound a bit flat, otherwise it would be interesting to have this song checked by Wings of Pegasus. My bets are going to " Auto-Tune processed" afterwards.... And Waldo's "growl"? 🤔
When they took in Floor to the band, Elize Ryd was one they had in mind to take over from Anette but they thought she was to young then. She has a wicked voice. She is front singer in the band Amaranthe now. 😊
Actually Elize was one of about 2000(?) people who applied and sent tapes to Nightwish after Tarja was fired. That was the time band liked her but she was too young.

Elize is special vocalist she has such a rich texture in voice and legit full highs not thin ass highs most vocalist's have.
