Aaj hum terrace kitchen me Bina egg ka chocolate cake banane vale hai, Ek baar yeh chocolate cake ki recipe try kariye aur comments me bolo ki taste kesa laga.

SERVES: 540 gm Cake
INGREDIENTS:
Cake Base:
• ½ Cup (120 ml) Milk
• 1 Tsp (5 ml) Vinegar
• 1 Tbsp (5 gm) Milk Powder
• 6 Tbsp (38 gm) Powdered Sugar
• ¼ Tsp (1.2 ml) Vanilla Essence
• 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Oil
• ½ Cup (60 gm) All Purpose Flour/Maida
• 2 Tbsp (15 gm) Cocoa Powder
• ½ Tsp (2 gm) Baking Powder
• 1/8 Tsp (1.5 gm) Baking Soda
Ganache:
• ½ Cup (120 ml) Fresh Cream or Whipping Cream
• ¼ Cup (57 gm) Salted Butter
• 1 Cup (170 gm) Chocolate
Garnishing:
• 50-60 gm Chocolate
• Some Neutral Gel (Optional)
