Actually he never (unless he is sleeping i guess) turns off his infinity, the infinity of gojo can identify which attack can actually harm gojo so if you go and hug him you can actually touch him but if go to punch him the infinity automatically stops you before even touch him.

It's not really a slow down power, as Gojo puts it, it is more like a squeeze of space and it's like automatic protection.

Gojo’s power is basically making infinity into reality. He basically compacts the atoms around him, making it like a barrier that slows people down when approaching him. The closer you get, the more compact it becomes. Seems pretty cool to me

I realy like the scaling power in this anime, is realy realistic on his own, we see Sukuna and we are like OP af, we se Gojo and we are like oh god maybe Sukuna wasnt that much, than we see Itadori smashing walls in base form and we are like maybe he is a bit op than we see all 3 getting destroyed by the special grade curse and soon after Sukuna oneshoting the special grade like it was nothing... Like you'll never understand who is stronger than who in this anime until they fight and i like it.

@@coatrak1357 Sukuna fought someone with 6 eyes + infinity in the "golden age of sorcery". Someone is born with those abilities every couple hundred years. Fun fact without spoiling too much, there is someone else born with a family ability that is only ever found every 200 years or so and its one of Gojo's students. I won't spoil what that ability is or who has it but it is just as OP as Gojo's. He just has no idea how to use it.

This is EXACTLY how I like to see my fights, super fast jumping around and heavy hits, with little slow motion and you can actually see the character instead of a constant blur

If Gojou’s design is inspired by Kakashi (which it probably is), then the author did a pretty damn good job because this dude became my fav character from the first second he appeared. People usually think that taking inspiration or “copying” is a bad thing, when it really isn’t if done right.
