I had a big Tudor that was abandoned and ate up with termites in Missouri. I payed 60 grand for it . Fixed it up and sold it . It needed the paneled wall to finish it off . The thing about Tudors you can show off with slate roofs and copper gutters . The organic grandiosity can never stop . In Wilmington there’s a large amount of grand tudors on DuPont street . My favorite type of house

I just love how it’s always speculation that drives the sale of these properties. This house sold for $2.75M in 2020 and just two years later it’s back on the market for $4.5M. These properties rarely become true homes. Sad.
The only thing I disliked was the places where the woodwork was painted white. White woodwork in a Tudor is an abomination and whoever made that decision ought to be flogged in town square. Apart from that, a bit of Tudor-style cabinetry installed into the bathrooms and kitchen (because let's face it the existing cabinets are totally inappropriate for the style of house) and all that would remain would be personal preferences for wall color and furnishings. I hope new the owners chose to honor the style of the house.
Your video is hard to watch. Would be better to skip the fancy transitions and do a walk through where viewers can tell where they are in the house. You lost me when you skipped the entry. Pretty home though.
My dream house 🏡😊 will manifest someday yay 🎉🎉😂❤😂🎉😢😢😮😅😅😊😮😢🎉😂😂❤
If your giving this dream Tudor away I will take it…otherwise need a huge nest egg for taxes and upkeep I’m sure….
Nice 🇱🇻
