HOW TO FILL NATIONAL VISA APPLICATION (ENGLISH VERSION)

In order to book visa appointment for work purposes:
1. Go to the e-konsulat.
2. In the MENU select "National visa - work", fill in the preliminary visa application containing your basic data and the details of your work permit in Poland. If the details entered are correct, you will receive an email with a link to complete the visa application (you will have 48 hours to do it). Complete the application, save it and print it.
If the data are not positively verified or the application is not completed within 48 hours, the registration will be canceled.
