There are better ways to solve this instead of taking money from the guy. The culprit seen in the video should be a father of children who study in primary school and if he can't afford the 2k then the more dirty jobs may be is his only choice. The culprit infact is quite obedient from the beginning so we should make him confess in the video and copy the ic number but will only hand the clip to police if he still can't amend, or any missing ebike filed in the ebike forum then the victims will be hinted to go look for their bike at what lorong and downstair of which hdb block. Actually the owner made big lapse in not reporting police report immediately.he can hire criminal lawyer,he can say owner was carring large knife threarhen to stab him.he should ask his friend to break his nose,say you was beaten by the owner and get doctor certificate and police report.Assuming he was repairing his bike and stealing the bike at same time.because in the video he was repairing the bike and stolen bike was next to it.the owner should report it...this case will get more complicated.

There are better ways to solve this instead of taking money from the guy. The culprit seen in the video should be a father of children who study in primary school and if he can't afford the 2k then the more dirty jobs may be is his only choice. The culprit infact is quite obedient from the beginning so we should make him confess in the video and copy the ic number but will only hand the clip to police if he still can't amend, or any missing ebike filed in the ebike forum then the victims will be hinted to go look for their bike at what lorong and downstair of which hdb block. By doing this he might feel a bit pressure that most of time his downstair will be full of people looking for ebike though they don't know who is the culprit . We don't know why he steals, may be unable to afford one, or just habit but try to give people 2nd chance. Have mercy to human and animals without wanting any return.
