Allerdings ist die Truppe gut geölt, 😂 prima Arbeit, weiter so. Ein schönes Video und es zeigt das ihr auch gute und schnelle Häuser bauen könnt. 👍

3:23 Tbh, it would probably be cheaper just to order 4x6 girders from the lumber yard. This technique probably doesn't meet code in most areas/countries. I see that you atleast used proper structural timberlock screws though. Give ya that much.
It looks well-wrapped for a cold climate, but the choice of moisture-absorbent material for the floor underlay and the first layer of outside wall protection had me scratching my head a bit. Maybe, like here, they try to beat the weather before they get it all wrapped but missed by a bit. A deep frost line may indicate the need for a driven pipe for the foundation. Not being a home builder, I always wondered what happens to absorbed moisture in the building process when covered up with no place to go.
Very interesting construction. Very similar in USA, but a lot less ridged, less reinforcing, 2x4’s. I don’t understand some of the overlapping, etc. Why not vinyl siding rather than roofing for walls. I had a design that was for a summer cabin that was 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dinette and a great room in the middle and was only 24x38’, or could be increased in 2’ sections. This was on a concrete slab. Could be done in 2 weekends, not counting the slab.
I like their quality in most cases but some of their processes are very different. All in all a good build
I'm in the cabinet industry..I generally install the cabinets in already almost finished homes. I really appreciate it when the work done before me is plumb and level. How are those steel posts secured underground? Did you dig and compact the ground and than pour concrete under and around the leveled posts?
Look at that beautiful lumber. Tight little knots. Seem straight.

You just need to understand... building a wooden house in Russia is Cheap..it depends of region....For 100squere meters-you need 300euros per one meter...100m2 for 30.000euros.
Yeah, all the extra steps just for wall sheathing is unnecessary and cost-prohibitive. "Budget frame house." Lmaooo

Definitely not American built but some of the techniques are better than US methods. I guess it just depends on ones view of "Budget".

Все зависит как утеплишь, нор. Вата и стены 200 пол, потолок 250 и будет тепло.

Awkward build to me. Seems like a lot of excess added in some things adding to more man-hours. Obviously a personal choice here, but the added expense of shingles on the side instead of siding, not sure I would have done that.

داشتن همچین ساختمانی مستلزم بریدن یک جنگل درخت میباشد و واقعا منصفانه نیست که منابع تولید اکسیزن کره زمین را اینگونه غیر مسعولانه و خودخواهانه نابود کنیم
