Please don't spread wrong information, no any amenities which can create the feeling of luxury, room and kitchen size is of affordable property size only, cracks in all flats, seepage issue, alot of powercut issue, theft heppens by maintenance labour, so if anyone wants to purchase please investigate all the issues

Project looks good however when dealers said after a few years its value will be 90 - 1 cr. That is Jhoot. . Same person you sell ur house will say the market is down when u sell .. don't get into there trap. Think & buy

Not luxury, have cracks in walls in all flats. Seepage issue, smell in STP water. Electricity issue. Electricity and power backup rates too high. No swings for kids, only one that too is removed

Bakwaas project hai, over priced hai. seepage issue common hain, material quality low grade, 1 bedroom me ventilation ZERO , banda dam ghut jaaye, society ki entry narrow hai. koi shop nahi aaspass, car parking limited space hai. fir bhi high rate samajh se pare hai
