Haha I am from Singapore and we eat sting ray sometimes. Sting rays are not the most delicious fish. Salmons and cods there are better tasting fish. But texture wise it is really interesting and soft. For stingrays the sauce and marination affecrs the taste most. Sting ray dishes are pretty good doh. That rice cooked with stingray in briyani style must be really good which absorbed the sting ray and spices flavour.
I can't understand a single language but I like such a life. He always bring me a new version of food I 've never seen before. Wish you longevity Daddy.

Daddy cooks under the most primatave conditions but always comes out with excellent results. I can feel the love he puts into everything he makes. And feeds the hungary, street people or children. I just love this guy!
