Susan I am forever grateful to you for changing my life. I am almost 10 years into this journey and have kept that weight off and I still sit and watch these videos weekly. I have navigated this way of living TRAVELING extensively and through it all it never fails. I am grateful for my Mastermind Buddies we have kept it going for many years. I already have the membership. I've also done Boot Camp 2.0 but still struggling should I do Boot Camp again? Along with the group or just go into the app and do it on my own?
Ditto here. I’ve signed up for second round of Bootcamp 2.0 and plan to interact with the group. Also, will have a “returning” to the plan (Mothership) as opposed to having a beginner’s mindset.
Hi there @carla! Since you are in the membership already, you have have the option to hop on an Accountability Call or a coach's office hours and talk this over--which would really be the best thing! The coach can get to the root of WHY you are struggling and then determine the next right thing to do. Which might be Oct BC2, it might be BC2 at any time, it might be something else! Would love boot camp but can't afford it. Love Bright Line Eating altho been having problems sine I passed out and they took me to emergency room. They. Could not find anything wrong so everyone thought diet.
Oh no, we're so sorry to hear that! We definitely recommend keeping in touch with your doctor, especially as you begin Bright Line Eating, and getting a full blood workup as well. If you're working your program based on the Bright Line Eating book, you'll find this info on pages 155-6. We hope this info is helpful, and we're wishing you well--one step at a time! 🧡
