Absolutely common sense to wear life jackets and wetsuits for the cold. I only briefly googled Loch Lomond and in places it’s 600 metres deep - as deep as the North Sea! Plus it’s known for causing cold shock which can quickly disable a person and make them unable to swim, and it may look calm but there are strong, dangerous undercurrents in the water.
Exactly I’m a paddle boarder and have been to Loch Lomond. It can be calm one minute and the next you can be hit with 70 mile an hour winds. I have apps and stuff that check for this kind of stuff. I check it right up to getting into the water it’s no joke
@@brawmaw591 Wow, that’s interesting. It’s no joke. Would you say Loch Lomond is more dangerous than a lot of other bodies of open water? There are warmer waters but otherwise they’re all dangerous. They don’t seem to get that.
I’m Scottish and I wouldn’t allow my children in that lake without a life jacket my friends have let skis and boats and I wouldn’t allow them on it without one, that water is so very dangerous!
I’m a RNLI lifeguard, and I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I’ve pulled young kids aged about 8 years from rip currents because their parents were too busy on the beach sun bathing or something. Parents don’t understand the danger of the waters, and it’s unfortunate that kids get put in these situations because of their incompetence
That guy wasn't rude he was very concerned. It's common sense to know the dangers of the water. Here a young guy died from drowning and he was on a lake.
Truly glad the guy filmed this. They tried twisting it making it out that he was a monster for informing them about the safety of using life jackets on the lake. It's common sense. Whether it is a law or not. Still common sense which clearly these parents lack when it comes to safety. A Scottish accent as strong as his can come across as aggressive, but you can tell the guy genuinely cared about the safety of the kids and his tone of voice shows that. He was so calm talking to him. Nothing wrong at all with what he said to Chris at all.
If they were right in saying the guy edited his filming to make them look bad why don't they show their camera footage from the van? That's right they won't because it won't show anything different to what we all seen and that was a man doing his job to tell stupid people how not to be stupid x
@@harriethodson5763 the guy said its a by-law in that area, so they should in fact be wearing them. At the end of the day there's a reason why they have put these laws into place here, if it were me and I was honestly unaware I would be grateful to be told. Chris reaction was very arrogant.
@@tillymcloughlin6436 he does.. he replied to what the guy said when he asked “what’s the issue” and the boat man replied saying it was common sense. Of course it is and he’s going to be angry that they put they’re young kids at risk in cold deep, clearly dangerous waters. It’s pure stupidity
@@tillymcloughlin6436 , please show your parents this video. Do they know the sort of man you are watching (Chris) and Sarah is just as bad. Please make sure parents monitor their children online.

@@allisonhawkins5504 Chris isn’t a strong swimmer, he had a panic attack in the sea off Portugal. Loch Lomond is almost 200m deep, freezing cold and has undercurrents. Parents/guardians on the beach and kids in the water swimming and paddling, and very little, if any, had life jackets on, and guess what? Why would they need signs or laws to protect their own children from drowning? The man is right! It's common sense to wear life jackets. That's not a little swimming pool with four Life guards. They've done some things but this is no joke. They could have lost one or more of those kids in that Loch. There is no excuse for this.
I don’t think there needs to be rules posted, it’s common sense to have young kids wear life jackets out in deep water. Even if their good swimmers, the one girl is pretty young and most likely not a strong swimmer. And what does “being famous” have to do with water safety! Also the man was NOT rude at all, not until Mr Ingham got rude with him
It sickens me that there are people sticking up for this family! Would these fans rather watch a video of these parents talking about how one of their daughters died from drowning? No. You just never know with any body of water and young kids. Better to be safe than sorry.
But not everyone knows about that if I went there I’m 16 and my sister is 11 we would not have wore jackets because my mum would have no clue and just thought of it was like going in the sea you can’t say it’s abuse and nasty things when people genuinely do not know and my mum is always cautious of everything but it’s not something that everyone knows about

He was not rude and aggressive he stated his name who he worked for and even offered Chris a business card. He also respectfully called him Mr Ingham and even brought a witness to the whole ordeal. The man also told them why he was there and told them in a calm manner that he needed to put buoyancy aids on all his children next time they went out on the loch and that it was breaking a by-law (which they were as it states on the loch website) On the website it says to wear a life jacket at all time to increase your safety. There were no signs of the videos being edited and you could clearly see the “edited” part of Chris being aggressive was a completely different video because they were in a different place. The man was calm, collected and professional. He was doing his job and Chris got aggressive after being told that he wasn’t famous. In their eyes they never do anything wrong and it’s always someone else’s fault: - Letting their kids out on a dangerous loch with no life jackets (blamed lack of signs when it states on the website to wear them to ensure more safety when out) - Leaving their four month old baby alone on a Spanish beach (“we weren’t that far out it was the camera lens” one of the girls said their feet couldn’t touch the ground meaning you were pretty far out and if he was to get snatched you wouldn’t get there in time. Did they learn nothing from Madeline McCann?) - Chris messaging underaged girls (“Those screenshots were edited and the girls are lying” “think of my pregnant wife” how could the victims be lying when there was more then one with screenshots of messages with the same accounts and phone number? The only reason he didn’t get arrested is because it happened while they were in America meaning if they were to go back he’d get arrested. Which is why they haven’t gone back) -Selling their son in doll form for over £300 (“it’s a recreation of what he looked like when he went into the store we aren’t selling our son” so basically a re creation of their son that they’re still selling replicas of with crappy merch on it and the same name as him but “your not selling him” )
Don't know why this but popped up. It's a by-law on Loch Lomond and there was a working professional informing the public of it. It is completely necessary from a legal and a safety point of view. There are a number of laws in place in the area, such as needing a light/torch if paddling in dark. It's the responsibility of all visitors to inform themselves of local laws when they visit
Ingham clearly following him to provoke a reaction!! As for saying they didn't realise the dangers, how irresponsible can you get?!!! It's deep water!!! Even the strongest swimmers can get into difficulty! Also he was not aggressive!! It looks to me like it's Ingham trying to get some publicity, that's all it is. Do you not think it rude to go to a stranger’s caravan and confront them, whilst filming that confrontation? Take him to one side perhaps, but this guy loses all credibility by filming and releasing the video. Have a word with the parents in private. This video was to increase his own business reach. Even the ranges acknowledge he’s a nuisance. There are better ways to educate people.
Right, they didn't know about the kids having life jackets fare enough, but this guy is trying to educate you on the fact they should be wearing them, since many deaths from young children have taken place at that lake because of it!! I'm extremely confused with the fact chris keeps saying "why are you being so rude, there's no need for it", he really wasn't being rude hes trying to educate you, and his tone of voice also says so-
It also seems like chris is trying to make him look bad and sound bad to everyone else inside, its like he's having a completely diffent conversation..
They did know!!.there were many, many comments on their vlog from scottish ifam advising them of the by law and the dangers of not wearing bouyancy vests. They chose to ignore their concerns because of their arrogance!!
My family has a stationary caravan on a South Wales beach and the water is known for being dangerous. Its great for surf but that's mostly because its pretty rough. Riptides are common as well as jellyfish and weaver fish. But if locals and regular visitors don't tell tourists about the dangers then no one will. What this guy did is fairly common for waterfront tourist communities.
Let’s not forget what happened to Naya Rivera in a lake this time last year.. an ADULT who was fully capable of swimming.. I know the lake she drowned in was renowned for bad conditions but you literally never know what could happen in any lake / body of water so to leave your kids un-attended is absolutely astonishing!!
This man and wife are unbelievable sat watching their kids in a 190 foot freezing cold lake are they for real. I can't believe the contempt and ignorance. I think the guard was pretty lenient they should have been prosecuted for child neglect.

The man was calm, collected and professional. He was doing his job and Chris got aggressive after being told that he wasn’t famous.
In their eyes they never do anything wrong and it’s always someone else’s fault:
- Letting their kids out on a dangerous loch with no life jackets (blamed lack of signs when it states on the website to wear them to ensure more safety when out)
- Leaving their four month old baby alone on a Spanish beach (“we weren’t that far out it was the camera lens” one of the girls said their feet couldn’t touch the ground meaning you were pretty far out and if he was to get snatched you wouldn’t get there in time. Did they learn nothing from Madeline McCann?)
- Chris messaging underaged girls (“Those screenshots were edited and the girls are lying” “think of my pregnant wife” how could the victims be lying when there was more then one with screenshots of messages with the same accounts and phone number? The only reason he didn’t get arrested is because it happened while they were in America meaning if they were to go back he’d get arrested. Which is why they haven’t gone back)
-Selling their son in doll form for over £300 (“it’s a recreation of what he looked like when he went into the store we aren’t selling our son” so basically a re creation of their son that they’re still selling replicas of with crappy merch on it and the same name as him but “your not selling him” )
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 all of this ⬆️⬆️⬆️
Don't know why this but popped up.
You simply don't put your young children at risk like that, it's basic common sense!!
Don’t deserve any of their following, how do people even watch them?
Tbh it's mostly children and young teenagers that follow them. There's not many adults lol.
The guy wasn’t rude at all! N I watch the inghams
Maybe you need to rethink who you watch then? Lots of much nicer and interesting families to watch. Dadvgirls maybe a better choice?
@@vikkigarland759 yea course on the advise of u cheers 🍻
@@danielleantony9971 lol
@@vikkigarland759 I can’t help but watch the drama 😆😩
@@vikkigarland759 They arent all bad but the parents not giving them life jackets and then denying that they're clearly in the wrong is just terrible
He just got offended when the guy said they weren’t famous 😂😂
Why would being "famous" excuse you from health and safety?
“This isn’t something everybody knows”
it’s literally not something you should have to be informed about.. the guy is right. It’s common sense. This is why there’s thing like “do not eat or drink” on bleach and shampoo bottles ffs. Using their logic, drinking bleach would be okay if it wasn’t written on the bottle. “wE DIdNT KnoW” 🙄🙄🙄
Ye they may not know it's a bylaw, but like it's common sense surrounding safety
Hahaha famous? Hadn’t heard of them until tattle
Life jacket posts “ floating around “🤣
No she didn’t think that one up, just a coincidence
The guy wasn’t aggressive or rude 😂
“ we aren’t aware” - literally every summer there’s adverts telling you not to swim in open water and reservoirs
He was not aggressive or rude. I cannot believe the audacity of Chris and what he said back, I would of accepted it, apologised and learnt from my lesson. B*llend.
No wonder he finds haters wherever he goes or lives. How can he afford the “lavish life” he lives but not buy them some life jackets
✨We aRE faMOus ✨
That family is honestly so rude so happy the man filmed it
I think it's a shame that they are so influential over young teenage girls, it's very worrying
I'm famous. Omg
@@monkeylinga1686 Definitely I never thought of that. Even Sarah said in her rant video that she hadn’t seen what he said.
They did know!!.there were many, many comments on their vlog from scottish ifam advising them of the by law and the dangers of not wearing bouyancy vests. They chose to ignore their concerns because of their arrogance!!
@@elizabethclark3808 True and the same people warned them last year when they were far out at sea without life jackets on.
@@elizabethclark3808 plus the ifam told them all last year when they were travelling that the girls needed Lifejackets they ignored them
My family has a stationary caravan on a South Wales beach and the water is known for being dangerous.
Was literally gonna mention this
his tone is his scottish accent 💀
Love it!! He is a fool! 😂😂😂
They’re idiots! How can you not see the risks as a parent? The mind boggles
This man and wife are unbelievable sat watching their kids in a 190 foot freezing cold lake are they for real. I can't believe the contempt and ignorance. I think the guard was pretty lenient they should have been prosecuted for child neglect.
It wasn't really all that rude but to be fair, not having life vests in a sea or loch is stupid in on itself. I thought it was commonsense ?
You don’t need to wear frickin life vests phahaaaaaa
@@lucyhuffer907 u should consult the folk who have died due to undercurrents.

Better than what I would have said to him 😂😂
Couldn't have happened to a nicer family,

They are so awful. I feel so sorry for their kids. They really do need social service involvement.
UA-cam need to delete them off UA-cam it’s not good publicity
I agree with the man confronting Chris
Creepy really is creepy
“We’re famous” bruh I used to be massive fans of these, now they’ve changed:(
Sorry but if the guy had actually let Chris speak , as Sarah said in a video Chris said that meaning they have a large platform so haters and stalkers will just say that to get any sort of retaliation out of them. Please just leave them alone
@Zilo but the kayak guy still got gobby and rude
@@elliejayne5447 exactly
@Zilo not really
Famous!! Wow... This man!
We have our lawyer taking care of it! For what!?! He didn't do anything besides ask them to make sure your kids are being safe! Unbelievable!!
This is so cringe, I’ve never heard of them. Saw the link on Tattle
The guy was not rude. It was chris who was rude. I can't stand the Ingram family
The dad got angry as soon as the man disputed his fame
I love watching your vlog daily , i would
Just give my view on this situation . Chrys and Sarah , there was no reason
to get angry . That man was in no way rude , he only came like a guardian angel
on time to save your little kids from going
back to that water the next day. He only came to you guys in time to tell you not to send them unless the had a life jacket
thats why he came , there wad nothing to get upset about. Infact i would have thanked the man for coming and warning us of the danger ahead .He was not rude he even said “my friend “ so guys please take it the right way and stay safe . No offences , we are waiting to see your vlogs . I enjoy them. And i love all of you .
Come back soon stay safe and create peace guys . 🙏🏽
No he is a stalker
Wow how stupid can they be. No matter how strong you swim you need life jackets. The guy was worried not rude
You're absolutely right Becky and them seeing it as an attack on their business just shows that everything is about money with them.all he had to do was say Thank you for the advice and get the girls some life jackets but that doesn't work in his world.
They were told on numerous occasions under their vlogs by ifam to get the girls lifejackets even last summer when they were travelling and they just ignored it all
they say they had “no idea” about the life jackets, but yet didn’t even think about the dangers. Never even thought “ oh, maybe we shouldn’t go so far in the water or maybe check with staff how safe it is before we go in” and instead just whipped out the camera and chose content and views before their children’s safety. Pathetic parents
