I still used to love the old shovels they may not have been quite as fast but they were unique and I think that a few old school boys like the sound of the old shovel.

Profuel Harley Racing with the AHDRA was a nitro injected, High gear only bike. They are easier to tune than the top fuel bikes. I think they are capable of a 6second pass. Riding these bikes is like driving a riding mower sideways in a hill. Hang off to keep it straight and hold on. Ziggy Steward was the king of profuel back in the early 90's

75 percent regulator before racing is to be installed, then turn it up, maybe that will help you skid left and right after you ride

You gotta appreciate the way these drag guys have great sportsmanship it makes the day better when you support each other when things go wrong and unfortunately they do but big or small mistakes can cost a heap of cash.

It isn't the piston itself its usually the cylinder head first,and piston second, but these bikes have special straps and unless they snap 4 headstuds at once they should stop.
If you have to pick up your valve by making it bigger or your fluid is at a 75 percent gowing through valves or injectors

I would give anything to pilot a top fuel bike I'm 66 but still ride..I have a 900 kawasaki drag bike..but a ride on a Top Fueler is on my bucket list to carry the front wheel an eight mile would be the ultimate...someone please help me with this dream !

I did , but about 15 years ago, it was a 9 second bike.
Thats regulator is for your whole system
Place ice chemical like your normal exhaust through system
Be sure bike is 75 percent hot before racing
If you do more than one shot of a twelve gauge you will kill the motor
Remember you have to cook your fuel by it being created in through system for nothing but power
