Not a fan of modern homes because they are usually cold and sterile. But not this home. It is modern yet warm and livable ❤️
I totally agree 👍
What was the reason for not showing the living room tho?

Beautiful home but do people really need 14,000 SF with outdoor seating for 50.
I guess it's not a need but more a want.
Nice home what if a fire breaks out
These new homes all have fire suppressant systems as part of the regulations
It's pretty nice but just quite overpriced. They started at 30mill, bought the lot for 3.5, it's in a hole in the hills and all alone on a street. You could probably build the whole thing for 10 million including lot so 30mill is a tall ask. Hasn't sold for years either, down to 25mill now. If they priced it at 15 it might have sold and made them say 5million.
