The Animals album as a whole is by far my favorite Pink Floyd! This song hits me different every time but I always have a tear or two when I listen to this album
In my younger days Dark Side of the Moon was my favorite PF album. As I get older, Animals gets real way too quickly. Gotta love the realness! Thanks for the react!
Of the 3 major songs in this album, this one is my favorite due to the incredible guitar playing Gilmore does. It chokes me up every time I hear it and I wish the ending could have gone on a little longer because he's still shedding the shit out of that guitar to the last second.

This is a great Pink Floyd song. I like the whole album, but this is my favorite song on this album. One of the rock bands that I used to play in, we would play some Pink Floyd songs, and this was one of the ones that we would play. People used to go crazy when we would play this one.

I know this is late, but a little known, or seldom mentioned fact is, David Gilmour played both guitar tracks AND the bass on this song, along with the voice box. Roger Waters contributed his awesome vocals and some acoustic guitar. This song is David's tour-de-force, and yet, for unknown reasons to me, he chose Comfortably Numb as his epic solo live post Waters. Opportunity lost as far as I'm concerned, but I'm sure he has his reasons. I'm grateful for anything Dave gave us minor humans. lol

Mostly in Oslo or Bergen m but found out is shorter london. 1 Hour . she cried watching" the wall." Some truly amazing stuff coming out of there. The all female bands of Band-Maid, Trident, Gacharic Spin. or the mix of rock and traditional music with Wagakki Band and Band-Maiko.

I believe the first pig is referring to James Callaghan who was the Prime Minister at the time and who was into mining. The second I read was Margaret Thatcher who was the leader of the conservative party and later the PM and the third Mary Whitehouse.
