THE NBA BETTER GET RID OF IT NOW!!
The idea that the league doesn't address the LOAD but complains about players managing it is absurd. These guys have minimal years to make money in the league, risking it playing meaningless minutes is so dumb. The rule is fine and I get it but there is a much better solution....
Obviously the real solution is to reduce the NBA regular season. Doing so makes every game matter more and reduces the load that players need to manage.
The league would never do this though as less sgames means less $$$. Pro leagues care much more about the $$$ than the individual players health as there is always another one waiting in the ings.
cry me a fucking river they get paid millions, generational wealth to play a kids game. do you know how much it is to go to an nba game. back when lebron was in maimi it was $300 person just to get in the nose bleeds. imagine paying all that money and lebron doesn't play cause he needs some rest get real.

Reducing regular season games seems like a good idea right but what about the MLB they play even more games and you don’t see stars sitting out as often as NBA players

I’m 36 and I can honestly say today’s basketball isn’t like it use to be. I remember players would want to play all 82 games. These player now they sit out and don’t even think about the child that are at the game watching that may never get another ticket to another NBA game again n life. Plus these players complain about everything….they look at the ref for a foul if a player breathes on them smh soft
