Big Twist Value is the best!! Those petites are life-savers. I haven’t used a ton of Loops&Threads - it feels like a much heavier worsted yarn and I like the softer feel of Big Twist. However, I am a knitter so I realize I may be having a very different experience with it. I love making cute projects like this, and I wish there were more knitting patterns for them! I can crochet the tiniest bit, but my hands just don’t seem to cooperate 😆 so glad I found this video - instant subscriber ❤

Oh my gosh! I used to make beaded lizards all the time when I was a kid. I have to make one now, and I have the perfect colors in my stash already lol can't wait for my daughter to see this, she'll love it 😊

just letting you know from personal experience that the pattern takes a bit longer than you think it does!! the pieces don’t take long to make but omg you have to make so many of them, but i would be lying if i said it wasn’t one of my favorites. i’ve made 5 🤫

HAHAHA I laughed at olives on the fingers, definitely not a shared experience. There was a more obvious one in my mind that makes me think Americans maybe don’t have cheerios? They’re literally orange rings exactly the same shape as the beads you crocheted that we as kids would put on our fingers. So funny.
