The exercise to adjust the three brains (thinking, feeling, and doing) is a practice from the Rosicrucian tradition. It involves taking a moment to observe your thoughts, emotions, and actions and making adjustments as necessary.
Here are the steps:
Take a few deep breaths and center yourself.
Observe your thoughts without judgment. What are you thinking about right now?
Notice your emotions. How do you feel at the moment?
Finally, observe your actions. What are you doing right now?
Once you have observed these three aspects of yourself, ask yourself if they are in alignment with your goals and values. If not, make the necessary adjustments to bring them into alignment.
This exercise helps to cultivate self-awareness and mindfulness, which can lead to greater clarity and effectiveness in achieving your goals.

I’ve been listening to Abraham Hicks for over 10 years and just haven’t been able to manifest my highest and best life (yet).
I was guided to this video today and I had never even heard of you before. I now realize that we are guided to the right info at the time that we are ready.

I am surprised when you put it like that. I too have listened for so many years of AB Hicks not 10 years but only one has come to manifestation but was hard to do it again. However, Regan seems to preach more of the same and i'm actually downloading it and see what is different about it. I know Regan years back in her interviews but i am not a quite of a fan when it comes to meditation when she uses different language in the middle of her Meditations. Good to meet you Luv!!
@@micsph8657 i think you need to be EXCITED for good things to manifest; if a teacher is not inspiring you then find someone else who can or better yet; inspire and excite yourself. If you follow teachers when it comes to law of attraction without all the work needed to back it up you'll just be chasing a feeling of receiving knowledge not actually manifesting actively.

Hey Regan. I have not manifested, yet, the money to do your programs. However since I have been following your material for 3 years, I manifested my dog being returned to me after having been stolen and gone for 3 years. I have also written 2 books, and am in the process of writing the 3rd. I recently relaunched my website. Thanks for your time on these videos and your knowledge, wisdom, and teaching.

So many of these manifestation videos dangle money and success. Not saying those aren't nice but they don't mention true fulfilment which is connection with god. Everyone has a different manifestation technique, god's word doesnt change!

I absolutely love Regan tells us when she started out, she didn't believe what she was writing but kept going with it, or when her first manifestation came to be, it just felt normal. This and other videos of Regan's are really helping me to fast forward. I did have a backward step, but I'm working on getting back my shift in energy I had reached, which means I can do it again. For those of you suffering with trauma... keep doing her meditation where she takes you back to your inner child until the trauma is dissolved...We Can Do this!

It is almost unbelievable that it is out here on YT for free, as well as Regans 20 Minute meditation "manifest anything" video, where she does really deep running NLP. I´ve been digging into that stuff for quite some time and this is among the most precise and workable advice you will find here for free. I remember a voice saying to me 30 years ago “The Holy Spirit is not a millionaire”
I remember, I was searching how to accomplish my desires of money and trying to get out of my “survival mode”
I am not religious anymore but that has weight on me…
The holy spirit is never poor. What you see as abundance will shift when you see you dont need to deserve to have what you want.
Jesus was able to manifest anything - health for himself and others, healing, food for the masses, even bring others back from the dead. He was fed and sheltered wherever he went. So, he didn't need Roman coin. As long as you believe that you need money to accomplish things, you will be trapped by that paradigm. When you realize that money is just a form of energy, and you can work with it or not, then you will know true abundance.
What is stopping, blocking, slowing me down from being a multi millionaire? Ask youself.

Reagan is an INCREDIBLE speaker - but honestly, what does she do besides talk about becoming wealthy? I've come across some of her students, and they were incredibly pained at how she treated them. One woman who studied with her for many years disclosed Regan stole her ideas and programs that were incubated in her "high end program". She is at the top of the pyramid - and feeds on everyone below. Beware of these big talkers. She presents well on stage, but interview her actual students and you'll find out what kinds of vampire she really is. But yeah. nice talk. LOL!

Regan is beautiful and passionate. But this talk has nothing applicable in it, therefore not helpful.
She gave slides with affirmations for you to write them in your journal and commit to repeat regularly. She told you visualize your ideal self, and ask yourself how that person lives, walks, talks, and thinks. How is that that not applicable?
