Well, I almost made it. Had four interviews since June. Three after using these techniques.
I was able to get to the final selection for two of the jobs - For one company, I went through 4 interviews and was told they’d get back to me after a week once they reviewed the final candidates. They ghosted me after that.
The other company interviewed, gave me several assessment tests (all of which I was told I did very well), had an hour and a half long interview with the owner, got a second assessment test. Was told I’d hear back after they went over the assessment. Never heard back. Ghosted again.
Bugs me that these companies don’t even have the decency to say you didn’t get the gig anymore.

I’m having a follow up zoom call. I got a text message from the hiring manager saying it was great to meet me and they wish to tell me the outcome of the interview and give feedback. What does this mean ?
If you already work for this company, the manager is most likely required to reach out to internal candidates who did not get the job to let them know why and hopefully "coach" for help in your interviewing. Hope I'm wrong but that is how my last company handled internal applicants
