Готовлю что-то подобное, но без пресса - получается изумительная закуска под пиво! У меня жена казашка, она дала рецепт, но сказала, что это свиные ушки по-корейски. Оказывается, по-китайски - надо ушки положить под пресс. Оригинально!

This is insanely delicious. I love this. If you are in the DC area USA or even care to make the trip, and can't go to Uncle Rural's, go to A&J Restaurant in Rockville, MD for the BEST dim sum and small cafe menu around. I would eat there a couple times a week when lived there. The food is fantastic, humble, and the folks lovely. The pig ears are soooo delicious. I wish I could try Uncle Rural's 🙏

Я просмотрела много видио и удивляюсь как много они едят. Очень много. Жареное, жирное, перец, чеснок, специи, как выдерживает их желудок.
Причём они худые

тут не желудок а поджелудочная. Если правильно приготовить жир он не такой жирный и тяжелый.

Very clean cook kuya from phillipines .
Sounds gross, but it is one of my favorite dishes. I never would have tried it if it wasn't for my wife who wanted to move back to China. So many yummy dishes there.
