    Anyone who has had to do the company meetings could have told us this. Meetings as such are only to play up their faux importance.... More gets done with casual on the job get together between a manager and staff on a one to one or one to a couple of staff meeting. The talk will usually get to business that matters that way.

    Learn about Lean Six Sigma and Kaizens. Becoming a Yellow, Green, Or Black Belt will help you learn how to run a meeting.

    I'm happy this fella is successful but this just sounds dreadful. Glad I'm not attending one of these revolutionary new meetings.
