I was in a parade in high school in marching band that was broadcast by his station and he was on the TV announcing crew for it. (He was with another channel then.) Hey JJ, I just wanted to say thank you so much for your videos and everything you do. I don’t know if you’ll ever see this or even care, but I appreciate all of it, you can clearly see how much hard work you put into things you do. I live an hour west from Toronto, Canada and this morning I needed to wake up at 5 am to attend an 8am surgery. Waking up that early to beat Toronto traffic wasn’t a good start to the morning and it got worse when I had my surgery. Currently I have a bit of trauma due to how the surgery went and it’s safe to say things weren’t so bright for me this morning/afternoon. I’m now recovery physically and emotionally from my surgery and I definitely needed something to perk me up. I saw this video and instantly had a smile on my face. JJ, if you're reading this I have some suggestions. 1) As I'm sure most of the comments already mention. You don't need to give out money, especially if it means your motive to post try not to laughs are at stake. Sure you might actually try not to laugh cause of the money you'd lose, but I'd rather you laugh than fret on the money you lost (that's if you sincerely find losing the money bothersome). 2) If you really want to give out money, here's a better way to do it and how tons of other UA-cam and twitch creators do it. Rather than putting codes on your videos which only less than 1% of your viewers benefit from, why don't you have the viewers send you your clips. Your editor can then collate and filter clips that aren't UA-cam TOS friendly, and then you can reward the viewer that made you laugh (doesn't have to be a lot of money). This even creates an incentive for the viewers to find clips that would genuinely make you laugh. I've seen a lot of creators use wheels to decide on a reward or even a punishment, but that's up to you. Thanks for hearing me out if you do. Cheers!

Hey JJ, I just wanted to say thank you so much for your videos and everything you do. I don’t know if you’ll ever see this or even care, but I appreciate all of it, you can clearly see how much hard work you put into things you do.
I live an hour west from Toronto, Canada and this morning I needed to wake up at 5 am to attend an 8am surgery. Waking up that early to beat Toronto traffic wasn’t a good start to the morning and it got worse when I had my surgery. Currently I have a bit of trauma due to how the surgery went and it’s safe to say things weren’t so bright for me this morning/afternoon. I’m now recovery physically and emotionally from my surgery and I definitely needed something to perk me up. I saw this video and instantly had a smile on my face. So thank you for always putting a big, positive impact on me and on others. Keep up the hard work!

JJ, if you're reading this I have some suggestions.
1) As I'm sure most of the comments already mention. You don't need to give out money, especially if it means your motive to post try not to laughs are at stake. Sure you might actually try not to laugh cause of the money you'd lose, but I'd rather you laugh than fret on the money you lost (that's if you sincerely find losing the money bothersome).
2) If you really want to give out money, here's a better way to do it and how tons of other UA-cam and twitch creators do it. Rather than putting codes on your videos which only less than 1% of your viewers benefit from, why don't you have the viewers send you your clips. Your editor can then collate and filter clips that aren't UA-cam TOS friendly, and then you can reward the viewer that made you laugh (doesn't have to be a lot of money). This even creates an incentive for the viewers to find clips that would genuinely make you laugh. I've seen a lot of creators use wheels to decide on a reward or even a punishment, but that's up to you.
