- These World Race commercials were previously uploaded to my main account, but in low quality and in the incorrect aspect ratio. Here I've corrected the ratio to the proper 4:3 and also recorded in stereo. The first commercial was ripped from the World Race DVD and the rest were captured from the Episode 3 VHS.

What a really good nostalgia, reminding me of my childhood, plus it was sad that the cars of highway 35 now was forgotten and the cars are sold expensive.

Thank you for reminding me of what was a huge part of my childhood I have the full world race movie on DVD and episode 3 on vhs, I remember watching these all the time after the vhs was done miss world race/acceliracers so freaking much

Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 Turbocharged is bringing part of the HW Highway 35 World Race pack to the game since Mattel wants the new HW game to feature almost old and new packs of Acceleracers and World Race has been mentioned.
The world race beta, someone has it, it was sold from a Climax lot in 2016

A couple of the cars were duds actually. Notably 1/4 Coupe, Red Baron, Zotic, 24/Seven, and Wild Thing. However, I agree they need to bring back cool team-based liveries/collectable sets like these. :)
After world race it’s now acceleracers but acceleracers is now discontinued

I was 8 years old when the first Hot Wheels movie was released. I collected some of the cars from the movie, but I never collected all of them. I only got cars from the Wave Rippers, Road Beasts (which I had most of), Dune Ratz, and the Scorchers. I never collected a single car from Street Breed. On the other hand, though, I wish Mattel would revive the Highway 35 World Race series sometime in the future, like 2023, as a way to celebrate its 20th anniversary as well as the Hot Wheels toy line's 55th anniversary. Wouldn't that be great?
I mean imo and in truth I gotten use to both the Battle Force 5 show and the animated Team Hot Wheels movies too when was a kid also but yeah, I see your point.
