I also like that it keeps sticky spills in one spot that I can easily clean instead of having to pull everything out of the fridge to clean up spills. I used to think all of these "pretty" fridge organizers were a waste of time and money but they ended up being very helpful.

Warm bananas are gross. Cold bananas are delicious. The outside goes black well before the inside and keeps them from going bad as if they sat out on the counter. I leave them in the rack on the counter till they are ripe and then store them in the fridge to keep from going bad.
The pickle brine actually keep them from drying out and going bad otherwise company’s would ship pickles without the juice. weight of liquid is expensive to ship
The problem with the egg separator is each egg takes on the weight of the egg behind it, meaning the egg at the front is holding the weight of all the eggs behind it. Eggs aren't exactly known for being strong.
The pebble ice is really good for keeping your water cool in your water bottle as it will actually fit into the bottle! Make sure your bottle can easily release the additional pressure from the ice melting! :)
During hottest summer I used to put a small amount of water in to my bottle and then freeze the whole bottle. In the morning I would fill the bottle with cold water.

Water expands when it freezes, so when the ice melts, the pressure inside the bottle will go down.
