Hello doctor, thank you for ur explanation i really like it. One thing that i wanna ask, in pre eclampsia the kidney will going glomerular endotheliosis that can't filter creatinine as well as in healthy human but why there's a proteinuria in pre eclampsia? I think that doesn't make sense. Thank you

From what i understood, the proteinuria is due to endothelial damage that allows leakage of albumin.
Why the creatinine doesn't seep through the leakage, I'm not sure.
The endothelial damage causes loss of negative charge( as sometimes happens in nephrotic syndrome ) this there is no charge to repel the -reins from crossing the membrane, this protein urea
