I'd really enjoy a video on different medieval musical instruments local to different areas, and what we know about 14th-15th century music. But, as I understand, it's not very much.
Between Guillaume de Machaut to the Saltarello musics, I don't really know very much.

Not with better quality, the challenges of recording a live performance... but there are more songs in the presentation that I linked.

Question: does he have more instruments than you do swords?

At one time he did, but I overtook him. At the peak I think he had more than 40 different variations of guitars.

I do, but not well. I also play drums and saxophone, but its been a long time since I played the sax.

all them extra strings... and the only time he used them is when he strummed at the end. without that, he plays a regular guitar. sry if i sound like a asshole.

You need to take a second look, those extra strings act as drones, he is hitting them. You're just not seeing it. You can also watch the full presentation to see other songs that utilize the harp piece more.
