I think slightly faster but I think I read somewhere that it’s because the chasers are used to answering the questions fast whereas the contestants 9 times out of 10 will just be random people with little if any quizzing experience just hoping to get lucky with whatever knowledge they’ve picked up from random sources so they probably won’t be as comfortable with answering the questions at the same speed as the chasers
Very impressive. I actually managed to get 22 of hers, way more than I normally get right. Would be happy to get those questions.

Basically a way to remove all distractions from the area and "dig" the information from the head... 😅
Everyone has their way of getting into thinking mode, some look up, some look down, or to the side, etc.
Is it just me or does the host read the questions slightly fast for the chase than the chaser?
