I've been on UA-cam for 15 yrs and probably seen everyone's setups and sir yours is hands down the best one yet. Ter amount of space that camper pod has is mind blowing. Just ball park, how much was the canopy before solar fit out?? Cheers! Trucks FTW
Hi thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate it. I believe they are selling for approx $140k + but that includes the smaller battery system. Give the guys at Dynamic Slide on campers a call and they would be happy to answer any questions. They are awesome to deal with 👌
@@benjaminmurphy-m6z thank you, we no longer have this vehicle but watch this page as we are currently building a Tatra 10x10 camper with 9+meter living space
Mate I’ve only just come across your vids and I really enjoyed your info on the truck setup, it’s the best setup I’ve seen and what you said about UA-camrs, so true, if someone is thinking of doing a truck up then UA-cam is where you go to get information on whatever people want to build,, I will be following you from now on your vids.. well don’t for someone who’s camera shy lol 👍
Thanks for watching. We had a lot of people requesting the walk around and we wanted to make sure we used it before doing it. It makes it worthwhile for comments like yours. Thanks again. We will be posting more footage of our last trip and also the new build soon.
@@grjh58 thank you. The white box is our kids bedroom. It has their bunk beds, drawers and the washing machine is in there too. The dog sleeps in with the kids also 👍🏻
All I can say - Wow, wow. Good on you guys. Very impressive and very well thought through. We are currently in the build process using the same Isuzu Crew Cab but through ATW. Would you mind me asking how much was just the Dynamic Engineering part of the build? Also, are you running one spare wheel on the truck only? How long is the Dynamic tray / camper?
We thank you for reaching out. We run 2 spares, one under the truck and the other spare is on the toy hauler. The tray is 3.4mt. As for the price you would need to speak to Dynamic Engineering in Hervey Bay as everyone’s requirements are different 👍🏻
Hey team, love the rig! Question with the slide off canopy - when you add the legs, do they go up and down together electronically or do you have to ratchet each one at a time. If the canopy is on its legs and you lowered it down a bit, can you also go inside the canopy?
@@edenspencer1176 Hi thanks for watching. They automatically self level and yes you can set it up so you can drive the truck out from underneath and still live in the camper at your campsite.
I've been watching these walkaround vids of overlanders for a year now. I think I've found the perfect one for my kind of application and location. You've got a great rig there! Now if I can just put up the cash for my own one! 😅
Hi, that’s a great setup, thank you for sharing. I am looking at building one of my own. May I please ask who did you use for your pop top please? Thanks again
Thanks for watching. Definitely the best choice to build one for travelling. Dynamic Engineering in Hervey Bay arranged everything for the slide on camper so they would be the best ones to speak too.
I must be a wanker as well nah don’t think like that I just seen NPS and that got my attention and you put that together just perfect i to have a NPS and have spent a lot of money on it and not finished yet and I just had to subscribe hope to see you guys on the road one day I live in Hervey Bay when I’m back home but spend most of the year out west of longreach I do caretaking on large properties I guess I’m Sammy retired but Love caretaking with my blue dog just me and him and the stars cheers mate 👍🍻🇦🇺
@@stubru66 Thanks for your comment. We are no longer doing the Unimog. We wanted to go bigger so we are now doing a fit out on a 10x10 Tatra truck which we are posting the odd photo every now and then with updates.
Thanks for watching. If it gets hot inside usually we just use the Sorroco fans at night. If it’s really hot or cold we use the dometic aircon/heater rooftop. Same as we would in a caravan. We stayed in Esperance recently and had a lot of rain one night and thunder storms and it was fine inside
I am planning on doing one in June . Who built yours and where are they located. I have ATW in mind . More info on the jack off camper please. And other options. I am in Geraldton West Aus.
