    Excellent advice, especially regarding portion control. You are very wise! Not to mention you are Czech and you love little Grogu. Just like me! You remind me of my Czech mother. She was a wise woman and a “health nut” before it even became a popular thing. She preached drinking water before each meal and walking, walking, walking.

    I started loosing weight when I started to go for a work but started to gain some fat in my abdominal ( but I still workout) during my work I started eating food from outside and all oily stuffs any way I haven't lost my shape
