@@staticwild8513 I know you're probably aware at this point, but in case anyone reads this and doesn't know, the amputation seemed very likely for a while but things turned around, and he's now fully expected to keep the leg.

I have been watching for 11 years. I was 9 years old and I have just realized something. I have based my entire sense of humour off of this show lol. The funny voices rob does and his jokes are identical to what I do and its actually so strange to watch haha. This show has had a far greater impact on my life than I thought lmao. So Rob, you have unknowingly created an evil clone lol. Also, so happy to hear of your recovery, I was very worried.

This is wonderful, I got sick at the same time as Robman and had a good few online chats with him in the hospital and after, and i was in the hospital for 38 days after 2 surgeries as well. The time off definitely is now more important then ever.
I've been watching HCG now for 8(?) years. I love the passion that John has not just for games but family, memories etc. It's great that Rob is getting back to his channel, he deserves just as much success and keen to see where it goes. Thank you for making such amazing videos for so long. Both of you. PS, those statues were friggen amazing

When i crashed my bike on my way to the office a few years ago, i had to get surgery and 3 months paid leave, it's a great time to play the backlog catalogue. Hope everything goes well to you and you can heal and recover to a normal life!

Out of all the gaming channels I have subscribed to the past almost a decade the only one I have watched regularly is this channel. There is just something authentic about this channel. I think it is because as I have gotten older I realised that videogames are there just to make you happy.

Not sure when you recorded this but add this to the shit: Vancouver already had an air quality warning in effect saying newborns shouldn't go outside from smoke coming up from fires in California, Washington and Oregon but there was a huge fire in Jonny's city just down the hill form his place (not a creep, can tell from the Halloween episodes) the past few days that included a ton of creosote boards so the air quality is even higher risk there right now. Here's hoping 2021 brings you a Phantasy Star remake.

When I first started watching HappyConsoleGamer almost eight years ago I thought the HappyConsoleGamer was Rob and Johnny was the sidekick. I have been subbed to rob for years and I am shocked at how his channel is so very different. Since Rob I felt always breathed tons of life into this show. When rob stopped appearing for awhile someone clued me in this wasn’t his channel. I hope Rob puts the same energy and passion he does on this channel on his but I think Rob feeds a lot on Johnny and that team makes both so much better. I’ve been looking forward to a better Rob channel and I am hopefully that can happen. I’m glad robs doing fine after all that it must of been absolutely agonising to go threw and extremely scary at the time especially with knowing he might of lost his foot he’s a brave man dealing with all that and hopefully he will get his full mobility back.
This is why I love and have watched your channel for years upon years, Johnny. Because of the wonderful friendship bond between you and Rob and so just the general uplifting nature of both of your spirits. THIS is what we need more of in this world: friendship and love. Wonderful video.
