if you load a game and you come up with the error message 80022D74 after, then just find a download for apollo save tool and change your account ID automatically in the app. after that, load up the game and you'll be fine. all the trophies you cheated will be there.
I just used Apollo tool to unlock the final trophy I couldn’t get for AC black flag as well as the platinum. When I synced them, the bronze trophy synced but the platinum won’t. Now, if I delete the trophy folder, rebuild database or whatever and sync, it just returns it to the state where the platinum won’t sync. And now I’m having an issue being able to sync my trophies at all. Did I just burn myself or is there a way to fix this?

I had to reboot database and reinstall my trophies 2x on the 2nd game I tried. It may not always work the first try, in my experience.
