No, this can work for almost all CFW. Webman can be used for almost all jailbreaks.

there hasnt been a Rebug fw since 4.86, so I guess you can't upgrade to rebug. lol. Evilnat is great.

Great video as always Robles. I've been using PSN Patch for a couple of years but not anytime recently. I guess it's outdated and isn't as safe these days?
You can still use it, I just find the Webman method easier.
You can use it no problem, i just find the other 2 more easier.

I only wanted CFW to have a future-proof system that allows me to access anything ever released. A lot is lost to history if you don't own it or downloaded it when it existed online.

Try reinstalling the software or look for a new update in the cfw website NOT FROM XMB

Hello I installed the CFW 4.89 Evilnat with Cobra v8.3 I am in (CEX) after having activated in PSN TOOLS DISABLE SYSCALLS when I try to connect to the psn an error occurred disconnected from the PSN (80710016) or (8002A224) ( I changed the CID (CCAPI) it and not banned for the system) it may be at the level of the rebug toolbox configuration at the level of the SPOOF IDPS in the LV2 memory? (I put the custom firmwares): [PS3] Rebug Toolbox and Hen Toolbox adapted to CFW 4.87 thank you for your help ...
You have to be signned in before you disable the syscalls. To revert back just restart the system
With syscalls disabled, will cobra fan control be disabled too?
I have multiman 4.90 version and I can't find that?
So I turned on my ps3 after a while and everything shows from it but not custom firmware it just randomly disappeared.

Looks like Sony Discontinued the PS3 I have 3 Systems a FAT running Evilnat 4.89 a Slim and Superslim on HEN 4.89 and all of them just shows a whit block in the middle of screen and makes the Bloop sound nothing happens?

For the most part yes.
If you can get banned for doing this then why do it
Mainly to convert a system to discless, or to have for a better fan control, but due to it being unofficial from Sony and because it violates Sony's TOS under the "don't modify the system" thing it's kinda a catch 22, I did the firmware to allow my PS3 to have better cooling, as a result my system could be banned (don't really care I'm an Xbox gamer anyway)
After disabling Syscall, will I be able to update the games when I play them the first time? There are games that would constantly check for updates in mid game and it’s just annoying. Thanks

There is a Russian clone of the toolset you could use, I've got tired of waiting for the official one to drop and risked it (the PS3 is for when I'm wanting to relive my childhood anyway and I'm an Xbox gamer mainly) I did it but have noticed when installing a pkgi game there is a 50/50 shot of the system constantly freezing, when this happens just fire up safe mode then rebuild the database, when that's done 9/10 times your system is back to normal. Just make sure to have your system set to NOT auto sign-in

Hello, I have webman installed. A folder is created. But when I press triangle and R2 combination and nothing happens. So I will try to install another version. When I wanted to log in to my account without such tools as mentioned here, I just got a message in the login menu 'disable syscalls' wonder if they don't already have me at gunpoint because of this simple mistake

My bad, I got it mixed up with SEN enabler, SEN enabler spoofs your firmware and PSN Patch spoofs your Console ID, Disable Syscalls and Delete CFW History, but I would also recommend using CCAPI to spoof your Console ID before going online and using the method in the video to Disable Syscalls + Delete CFW History.

My 2nd question After removing History syscalls I can login online but the game won't load. If History doesn't remove syscalls I can load the game but it doesn't go online. What do I have to adjust or rather what am I doing wrong?

Estoy en CFW EVILNAT 4.90, seguí los pasos tal cual pero a la hora de querer iniciar sesión me sale "Playstation Network Disabled", instenté instalando un archivo para quitar ese carter y tampoco funciona.
En la version CWF 4.90 se Ciera el PlayStation Network cuando ases esos pasos. El mio esta cerado tambien.

No do not use your main PSN account as it not really safe to login using your main PSN account. Use a Burner Backup Account

Unfortunately yes, then it removes your easier to remember password then gives you some stupid ass password that you will never remember

You would need to login and download all your purchases. I have done that but for some reason I cannot download my themes.
