  • On Sunday (April 28), actor Wes Studi teamed with Kathleen Ramsay of the Santa Fe Raptor Center to release a rehabilitated golden eagle into the Rio Grande Gorge. The eagle, named James Dean, was almost killed when electrocuted by power lines near the White Sands Missile Range. Nursed back to health by the Raptor Center, he has now taken to the sky near Taos. Great to see this, because the native americans are the golden eagle.
